Assistant Quality Systems Manager– Accreditation – TE4Tumwater, WA – Headquarters$77,028 – $103,572 AnnuallyWashington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) Quality Assurance Program is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to serve as an Assistant Quality Systems Manager – Accreditation – TE4 in Tumwater, WA. This position serves as the Headquarters statewide technical program specialist on the WSDOT Quality Assurance program and will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the qualified tester program, including the coordination of training and qualification of Independent Assurance Inspectors, for WSDOT, consultants, and the contractor testing communities. This position provides expertise on the Western Alliance for Quality Transportation Construction (WAQTC) and WSDOT quality assurance programs that are utilized by WSDOT Project Engineer Offices and WSDOT Region Materials Laboratories to qualify materials testers and ensure independent assurance inspections of materials testers are performed. In this role, you will coordinate the AASHTO resource accreditation and CCRL accreditation process for the WSDOT Quality Management System, draft and coordinate the annual testing calibration contract process for the WSDOT Quality Management System, and audit materials testers, WSDOT materials testing laboratories and private materials testing laboratories to determine if they qualifying to preform materials testing on WSDOT Contracts.See link for more information, including details on how to apply: LINK
