    Job Requirements:

    • Work closely with departments and individuals across the University and within the Digital Transformation (Dx) division, the successful applicant will plan and lead project implementation, lead organizational change management to increase adoption, and work with process owners and stakeholders to monitor and sustain improvements made.

    • Graduation from an accredited institution with a bachelor’s degree in a related field plus one year of related experience OR a combination of relevant experience and education totaling five years.
    • Training in Lean or Six-Sigma methodology, change management, and/or ability to be trained in business process analysis theory and practice.
    • Apply knowledge and expertise to effectively manage implementation of process improvements, conduct organizational change management, and monitor and evaluate results.

    Qualification & Experience:

    • Proven experience with business analysis of processes, workflows, and standards. Skill
    • Experience with core software applications, including Teams, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint and their equivalents.
