Job Description:

Northwestern State University College of Nursing and School of Allied Health seeks an applicant for a 12-month full-time faculty position for the Associate/Bachelor of Science degree programs in nursing

Job Requirements:

• A Masters in Nursing required, however, a Doctorate is preferred (required for academic rank of Associate Professor); Eligible for membership on undergraduate and graduate faculty.
• Unencumbered licensure status as an RN or APRN in the state of Louisiana; or eligible for Louisiana licensure.
• At least three (3) years of clinical nursing experience. At least three (3) years of nurse educator experience; three (3) or more preferred.
• Must be able to pass a background check and shall meet the required standards defined by the University.
