Job Description:
You will serve as a Management Analyst for the Small Business Administration (SBA), Office of Disaster Assistance (ODA), Office of Disaster Personnel – ODP in Herndon, Virginia. The employee reports to the ODP Deputy Director and serves as the subject matter expert and focal point for management analyst functions while working to improve internal ODP procedures and business processes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversees and conducts projects and studies analyzing the effectiveness and efficiency of the analytical functions.
- Researches and interprets existing policies and regulations.
- Prepares and provides management with tracks tools to make necessary adjustments or corrections.
- Evaluates and analyzes the business processes to improve internal functions.
- Develops automated solutions for data issues.
- Utilizes automated systems and reports to perform analysis to make informed decisions.
Job Requirements:
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- You must be able to obtain and maintain a Government travel credit card.
- Favorable background investigation and credit check are required.
- Credit Score must be at least 500.
- You may be required to complete a one-year probationary period.
- You must meet time-in-grade requirements by the closing date, if applicable.
