Job Responsibilities:
- Makes periodic inspections tours throughout buildings and grounds to examine doors, windows, gates, locks and equipment.
- Discourages loitering, prevents trespassing and maintains order.
- Answers telephones and doorbells.
- Checks for trespassers, fires, leask from water or steam lines, or any other causes which might reutls in property damage and/or loss.
Job Requirements:
- A valid New York State Security Guard registration card issued by the Department of State; and Satisfactory completion of a 16-hour On-the-Job Training (OJT) course within 90 days of employment.
