Job Description:

The Manager, Guest Experience position is critical in achieving this mission by developing and implement the terminal’s guest service programs to continuously improve the experience of all airport guests and the terminal community– with a focus on “Delighting Our Guests
Job Responsibilities:
- Liaises closely with senior leaders in Operations, and with other terminal operations functional leads, providing support to ensure the success of guest experience efforts
- Collect, manage, and reports LGP’s performance standards program, including analysis and reporting to executive leadership and terminal community.
- Evaluates changes in guest processing, airport access and other airport operational processes and assesses impact to passengers
- Works with airport service providers, tenants, Port Authority staff and other relevant bodies to establish customer satisfaction benchmarks; builds relationships with same, develops action plans to meet the needs of the guests
- Responds to guest complaints and tracks areas of concern
- Monitors industry trends and expectations in guest service programs, and makes recommendations to senior management for initiatives to be included in the LGP program
- Leads the effort to ensure all airport employees receive Guest Service training
Job Requirements:

- Proven relationship building and relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Self-motivated and able to motivate staff at all levels
- Strong initiative – recognizes emerging issue, proactively works to solve
- Strong computer skills including strong proficiency in Excel, Word, Power Point,
- Strong analytical skills, including familiarity with performance metrics
- Project management skills, knowledge of PM software.
