Job Description:
This position is in the Office of Mission Support, Office of Administration and Resource Management – Research Triangle Park (RTP), Human Resources Management Division – RTP.
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and carry out projects to improve and advance the quality and breadth of services offered by the Division.
- Serve as Team Leader for HR Specialists and support staff responsible for providing recruitment and placement services to a variety of customers;
- Continually monitor and review staff work to ensure personnel actions are in compliance with all staffing policy, regulatory, and program standards;
- Provide technical advice in the resolution of staffing issues through interpretation of legislative, regulatory, and Agency policy guidance;
- Analyze and evaluate customer staffing issues including recruitment strategies and methods and recognize potential problem areas and trends;
