Sr Leadership and Professional Development Coach jobs

Job Description:

The Sr Development Coach will be responsible for the project management of programs and courses, be accountable for the quality of course delivery & cohort experiences. They would partner with People Culture Business Partners to drive development, support business requests, team building, new leader assimilations, 360 debriefs, and consulted on leader interventions when needed. They would also facilitate and mentors participants on program & course content.

Job Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Manages components of a leader/professional development track program. Creates project plans, aligns and coordinates resource needs, assesses change management considerations, ensure effective communication and program effectiveness (ex; LEAD, Emerging Leaders etc)
• Creates and distributes critical communication to keep all stakeholders and participants informed such as leader communications, assessments, prework, post-work, follow up notifications.
• Support People Culture Business Partners and the Business on learning and coaching requests where confidentiality and subject matter expertise is critical.
• Evaluates and improves the quality of the program or courses by analyzing EXI data, feedback sessions and go & see’s of other programs.
• Delivers an exceptional course and program experience in both a virtual & in person instructor led setting.
• Vendor Collaboration: Work with vendors to align on support sites, course, and sustainment materials.
• Conducts coaching conversations with Leaders: 360 debriefs, IDP development, Self Leadership competencies and Team Development.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience
