The Department of Agriculture, PA Farm Show and Expo Center, is looking for candidates for temporary part-time Laborer positions. Job Responsibilities:

• Serving as the program manager for retirement, post 1956 military service deposits, OWCP, death benefits, FEHB, FEGLI, and TSP
• Giving direction to lower graded employees on matters related to area of responsibility.
• Responsible for maintenance of records, FEHB Open Season, and processing death claims.
• Developing and conducting employee benefits training.
• Responding to Freedom of Information (FOIA) request.
• Researching, analyzing and interpreting new and changing guidelines, regulations.
