Job Description:
The Project Manager will be responsible for management and deliverables of the Restore, Reinvest, Renew (R3) Grant (“Grant”) as awarded to the City of Rockford, including submission of required data and fiscal reports in a timely manner. The Project Manager will be responsible for day to day oversight of Outreach Workers and Whole Family Case Managers, financial and programmatic reporting on a city and state level and ensuring compliance with grant award conditions. Work involves significant coordination across multiple City departments, not-for-profit organizations and community wide organizations to complete the goals of the Grant
Job Responsibilities:
- Completes grant goals and objectives according to proposed timelines, including: ensuring Outreach Workers and Whole Family Case Managers are adhering to trauma informed and survivor driven principles and policies of the FPC and engaging in activities and practices addressing self-care and vicarious trauma.
- Supervises the client assessment process and client flow; ensures the confidentiality and information sharing
process is followed by all Outreach Workers and Whole Family Case Management staff. - Conducts training and capacity building for staff conducting outreach and case management; conducts regular debriefs with staff; in collaboration with the Client Services Manager, updates or recommend changes to all forms used during client intake and case management.
- Provides feedback to the FPC Executive Director about additional services, partners or people who need to be at the FPC in order to fulfill client multi-victimization needs. Serve as intake back-up and provide crisis response and direct services as needed;
- Provide outreach to the public and other agencies in R3 Zones as requested;

Qualification & Experience:
- Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as social work, criminal justice, public health, sociology or psychology with experience in the areas of grant administration, multi-victimization dynamics, domestic and sexual violence, child abuse and human trafficking and have knowledge of the Family Justice Center movement and the purpose of this model and service
delivery. - Must work well with persons of varied sexual orientation, transgender, racial, ethnic, cultural, socioeconomic backgrounds, and with individuals who are differently-abled.
