Job Responsibilities:

  • Train and orient new staff members
  • Develop and maintain rotation schedule
  • Develop and consistently maintain appropriate and professional communication with parents
  • Coordinate planning and implementation of daily program and curriculum
  • Plan and implement academic and enrichment scheduling
  • Create Sign in Sheets, Surveys, Agenda/Minutes/Event Flyer
  • Academics and enrichment programming
  • Plan and execute Family Nights
  • Develop and maintain a weekly academic program schedule
  • Coordinate with Center Manager to develop and facilitate meetings with Parent Advisory Board

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent  and one (1) year of clerical or administrative experience required; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Must be 21 years old. Extensive knowledge of Microsoft suite, proficient in email communication, and strong written and verbal communication skills required. Ability to complete the DCF 40 Hour Introductory Child Care Training and the “Special Needs Appropriate Practices” course within one year of hire date.  Some graphic design experience preferred. the CPR/First Aid Certification is preferred
